Resolved that the American Society of Mammalogists in session at its 35th annual meeting at Los Angeles on June 15, 1955, tenders its sincere thanks and appreciation to the President of the University of Southern California, to his administrative assistant, Dr. Earl C. Bolton, and to the members of the local committee on arrangements under the Chairmanship of William V. Mayer, for their generous hospitality and untiring efforts which contributed to the success of the 35th annual meeting and to the enjoyment of all members, their families and friends who attended.
