Proposed Changes to Bylaws

ASM has a number of proposed changes to our Bylaws.  Membership has two months to review changes before the Society votes at the annual meeting.  Please review and be prepared to discuss at the Members Meeting in Philadelphia.

Consider the following information when viewing the proposed changes to the Bylaws.  Text that is to be removed from the Bylaws is indicated in a blue font.  The proposed new text (to replace the text in blue font) is highlighted in yellow.  A blue highlight indicates an attempt to clarify or make more accurate existing text.
